  7.  Dizaster allows you to create BBS style file listings by extracting the
  8. File_ID.Diz information from archives....  If no ID is available, then 
  9. the file is added to the list stating that fact.

  11.  You may create a new listing, or append to an existing one.  The output is
  12. compatible with AmiExpress BBS systems, and can be converted to others with
  13. any of the many BBS listing conversion programs out there....
